Michael is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist of Ontario. Michael completed his TCM training at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a school specializing in acupuncture and needle manipulation.

Michael’s passion with helping people to attain over all health well being has lead him to pursue the career of TCM. His treatment involves taking a holistic approach to relieve the symptoms while treating the root cause. This is done by carefully selecting points and gentle manipulation of the needle. He can also promote better local circulation and local muscle relaxation, which reliefs pain, but at the same time, this can bring the body back to the balance state. Michael can also help with improving on digestion, better sleeping quality, reduce stress, anxiety and strengthen immunity, as well as gynaecological and fertility issues. When necessary, he can also add other modalities such as cupping and tuina(acupressure massage) to further enhance the therapeutic effects.

Elissa graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College with a diploma in massage therapy in 2011. She became a Massage therapist because of her passion for helping others, science, and athletics. Elissa has expanded her skills by certifying in pediatric massage, pediatric oncology massage, cupping therapy, dynamic taping, and training through Kerry’s Place autism services. In her spare time she also teaches infant massage with the Mommy Connections group.

Elissa has a background of knowledge from working alongside other practitioners at a rehabilitation sports clinic which provided her tools to help heal the body and aide pain with her patients. After meeting and studying with the founder of the Liddle Kidz Foundation (Tina Allen), Elissa centralized her focus into the health studies of pediatrics. She also worked as an Ambassador for the Liddle Kidz Foundation in India for a month providing treatment in various settings and cities.

Elissa’s ability to connect with young patients is incredible; she makes the experience fun and connects to each child’s needs and interests. Elissa’s treatments are completely child guided and personalized to the needs of the patient.

Shaili graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in August 2019 as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She chose to study manual osteopathy, as a result of experiencing its incredible benefits after sustaining an injury and enduring with chronic pain for some time. She found it to be a perfect fit due to its emphasis on the sense of touch and its ability to affect an individual’s muscular, skeletal, fascial and visceral organs.

Shaili’s work as a registered practical nurse and certification in wound care increased her appreciation for the human body’s ability to heal despite the sometimes severe trauma it has known. Manual Osteopathy has an amazing way of increasing this healing.

She loves to learn about the body at both a musculoskeletal, cranial and visceral level. She is certified in cranal sacral therapy from the cranial therapy centre, Bioflex laser therapy, cupping and visceral and systemic osteopathy. Leah graduated from the accelerated massage therapy program at centennial College in 2023. She’s motivated to help client’s physical health and wellbeing while taking preventative measures and ensuring that they are able to find some relief. Leah enjoys collaborating with her clients, ensuring that their treatment plan is client centred and looks forward to her clients achieving their goals.

Leah has always prioritized her health. She lives an active lifestyle, attending HIIT classes and running. Prior to massage therapy, Leah has been involved in the rehabilitation field since 2018 as a physio assistant, which sparked her interest in massage therapy! Dr. Christine graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Kinesiology. While working as a Kinesiologist she discovered the value of chiropractic when she sustained an upper back injury, and decided to pursue the journey of Chiropractic care.

Jared graduated from York University with a Bachelors of Health Science with a Specialization in Kinesiology in 2021. Jared played for the York football team and grew up playing hockey, baseball and lacrosse. Throughout his football career he experienced various injuries that introduced him to a clinical setting. This peaked his interest in helping others both prevent and recover from their injuries through increasing strength and mobility.

Bryan studied Kinesiology at Brock University, and graduated in 2014. While there, he worked as a student therapist with the Varsity Wrestling team, where he developed his passion for rehabilitating injuries through a combination of hands on and exercise therapy.

After graduating, Bryan went on to study Physiotherapy at University of Toronto where he further developed his assessment and treatment skills to cover a wide variety of neurological and musculoskeletal, as well as cardiovascular conditions. While there, Bryan also became certified as a strength and conditioning specialist and began working as a personal trainer using his knowledge to create exercise based programs to help people achieve their functional goals. Bryan graduated the Physiotherapy Program in 2017.
